Mooch and Co will replace or refund any item that has been deemed to have a manufacturing fault and has been reported by the customer within the first 3 business days from the date the item was delivered. Mooch and Co does not return or refund for change of mind so please choose carefully.
Should you have an item that is faulty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receiving your parcel and advise us of your order number and the details of the faulty item. We will respond to your email within 48 hours (outside of closure times), you will be required to re package the item and return it to us for a Refund or Credit. A refund or credit will only be provided once Mooch and Co have been able to assess the faulty product physically and its condition.
All returned products must be:
- Approved for return prior to posting (email email@example.com)
- Unused and in original (received) condition.
- Returned within 7 business days of delivery.
Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to be processed upon receipt of goods.
If you return items please keep the appropriate proof of return. Otherwise if the returned item goes missing in transit, we will deem you have not returned the item. It is your responsibility to ensure goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.
